Wrap text in a shape or text box

1. Select the AutoShape or text box that contains the text you want to wrap.
2. Double-click the selection rectangle of the AutoShape or text box, and then click the Text Box tab.
3. Select the Word wrap text in AutoShape check box.

Note  In a text box, the text wraps as you soon as you type additional text.

• Do one of the following:

  Wrap new text in a text box

  1. On the Drawing toolbar, click Text Box .
  2. Click where you want the box to go, drag it to the size you want, and then type your text.

  Wrap new text in an AutoShape

  1. Click AutoShapes, click a category, and then click the shape you want.
  2. Click where you want the shape to go, and drag it to the size you want.
  3. Double-click the selection rectangle of the AutoShape or text box, and then click the Text Box tab.
  4. Select the Word wrap text in AutoShape check box.
  5. Type your text.
